Best Chinese food ever! Totally worth the drive from 20 miles away. The Won Soup beats Gramma's chicken noodle any day & that says a lot! Sorry Gramma! No flavorless broth & lots of pork roast for extra flavor. Never had a bad meal there! Place would be a gold mine if they had dine-in option. 5 Gold Forks!

I live in Bolton, but work near this Chinese food place. I love coming here! There is a chinese restaurant within a 5 minute walk from my office, but I would much rather go here (I will never order from King's Chef on Main Street again!). I usually order the same things when I do visit, (either chicken fingers, white rice, pork fried rice, chicken/beef teriyaki sticks, and once in a while a chicken and broccoli). They always cook the chicken fingers perfectly! Nice and golden and crispy on the outside, with tender white chicken on the inside, never fatty chunks, or shriveled crunchy chicken pieces. I always tip the lady when I pick up the food, (because I tip everywhere when I pick up, and tip extra when it is deserved) and she is always very thankful! She usually comments on something I am wearing (before I give the tip), or just says that I am " a nice pretty lady", which makes me blush! I've had to wait extra long once or twice out of 20 times, but they always try to accommodate by giving a free soda or something.

Food is always on point. Been going here for 20 plus years. I believe they did switch up staff or ownership, but the food remained good and always fresh ! House fried rice is amazing ! Best Chinese food in East hartford hands down.

The BEST Chinese take out restaurant ever. I have been eating there for over 25 years. And so does my family. They make the food to you taste if you need changes to something you don’t like. Recommend any time. And the are very clean too which is very important.

Gotta give 5 star considering price and what i had thus far I guess should tell ) best hot / sour soup I yet to try ( made vegetarian ) if do not say they throw fresh pork in there. ( reason hesitant one night called and was told " no more " ( ran out ) lmk if know of better hot/sour " soup " this is my number one. ( vegetable lo mein with side dumpling sauce )

I ordered out from this place and was so happy with the quality. It was inexpensive and not made with mystery meats. I highly recommend the boneless spare ribs.

Lunch is always good. Fresh food good price no complains

I was introduced to Luen Hop by my husband, 15 years ago. Ever since, no one can compare! We are huge fans of their bones spare ribs and they do NOT go light on their portions! I used to order the combo meal but now I order the large boneless spare ribs and a quart of rice so my daughter and I can share - and we each get TWO meals out of it! The staff are always so pleasant, and even funny! They also remember you, which is really impressive for how many people they see every day! We don't go often but when we do, they recognize us. We also enjoy their teriyaki beef, sweet & sour chicken, lo mein (pork & chicken) and their crispy noodles.
